DR. SHIVKUMAR CHINNUSAMY is the Managing Director of THE INDIAN PUBLIC SCHOOLS (TIPS) that has its presence both INDIA and ABROAD. He is an under graduate in Medicine (MBBS) from Dr. MGR Medical University and post graduate in Business Management (MBA) from Cardiff University, UK.

He is instrumental in TIPS spreading its wings to different cities. He was the visionary behind implementing IB (International Baccalaureate), CAMBRIDGE and Montessori programmes across many TIPS campuses. He has been part of many workshops and training sessions on IB and CAMBRIDGE, both in India and Abroad.

Dr. Shivkumar has made TIPS as one of the largest group of schools in IB and Cambridge networks in India. Believes every child is a life long learner and the role of the facilitator and school should be identifying the interests in children, develop and nurture those and equip with the skills that are required for them to stay as active learners.
